Shipping Policy

At Viltrix, we aim to deliver your order quickly and make returns as straightforward as possible. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

SF Express for deliveries within Hong Kong

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

Urban areas: 3–5 business days

Outlying Islands: 4–6 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on order volume, weather conditions, public holidays, courier delays, or other factors outside our control.

Shipping Fees

Orders of HK$500 and above: Complimentary shipping

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within [1–3 business days] after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Notes

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact information are accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful and the parcel is returned to us, additional shipping charges may apply for redelivery.

Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your Viltrix purchase. If something is wrong with your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Eligible Returns

For Hong Kong orders, you may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, once we receive the returned product(s).

 

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unopened and unused
  • Be in original packaging
  • Be in resalable condition
  • Be returned with proof of purchase

Return Shipping Costs

We will cover return shipping costs if the return is due to our error, such as:

  • You received an incorrect item
  • You received a defective item
  • The item was damaged in transit due to our mistake

For returns due to change of mind or other non-error reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.

 

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and product integrity reasons, we may not accept returns of:

  • Opened items
  • Used items
  • Items without original packaging
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Any item marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase

How to Start a Return

If you need to return an item, please contact us with:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • The reason for the return
  • Photos of the product or packaging, if relevant

We will respond with instructions on how to send your item back.

Refund Timing

Once we receive your return, please allow time for inspection and processing.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of handing your package to the return shipper. In many cases, it will be processed more quickly. This timeframe includes:

  • Transit time for the return shipment: 5–10 business days
  • Processing time after we receive the return: 3–5 business days
  • Bank processing time for the refund: 5–10 business days

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can review the issue and resolve it promptly.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

If the issue is confirmed, we will arrange a replacement, refund, or other appropriate resolution.

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original item if eligible and place a new order separately.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders that have already been processed or shipped may not be cancellable. Once an order has been dispatched, it must be handled as a return if eligible.

Important Supplement Note

For health and safety reasons, we recommend checking product labels carefully before use. If you have allergies, are pregnant or breastfeeding, taking medication, or have a medical condition, please consult a healthcare professional before using any supplement. Open or used supplement products are generally not eligible for return unless required by law or due to a confirmed product defect.
